1. Unused credits
Unused paid credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used, assigned to a submitted card, granted as a promotion, or included in a disputed transaction.

CardCheck.ai sells evidence-based screening credits and CCA report access. This policy explains when a payment can be refunded, replaced, or considered complete.
2. Failed processing
If a platform error prevents CardCheck.ai from generating a report after a valid submission, we may issue a replacement credit or refund the affected check.
3. Photo quality and recapture requests
Remote checks depend on the photos provided by the customer. If submitted photos are incomplete, blurry, cropped, obstructed, or otherwise unsuitable, the result may be a recapture request or manual-review recommendation rather than a refund.
4. Completed reports
Once analysis begins and a digital report is generated, the check is normally considered complete. A completed screening record is not refundable merely because the result is uncertain, conservative, or different from a customer's expectation.
5. Physical submissions
For mailed-in workflows, shipping, insurance, customs, packaging, and handling costs are generally non-refundable after intake starts. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless CardCheck.ai caused a documented handling error.
6. Abuse and chargebacks
Fraudulent submissions, repeated misuse, unauthorized payment activity, or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension, report removal, and denial of future refund requests.
7. How to request a refund
Contact support@cardcheck.ai with your account email, order reference, report code if applicable, and the reason for your request. We review refund requests in good faith and may ask for supporting details.
8. Service boundary
CCA reports are remote pre-grading records unless a separate physical review workflow is explicitly purchased. They are not official PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, SGC, or manufacturer grading certificates.
